UAF Life Patrimoine and Karbonalpha launch an unprecedented 360° experience

From the pre-contractual stage to the initialisation of the 360 journey, then to the continuation of underwriting within the UAF Life Patrimoine universe and the standardised aggregation of contracts in Karbonalpha: a continuity of journey unique on the market — compliant, traceable and DORA-ready.

UAF Life Patrimoine and Karbonalpha announce the co-launch of an integrated 360° experience that allows IFAs to start their underwriting journey in Karbonalpha, then continue it directly within the UAF Life Patrimoine universe. This first approach to the 360 journey creates an operational continuity unprecedented on the market between the pre-contractual environment, underwriting and, subsequently, the monitoring of contracts through the data aggregated in Karbonalpha. It streamlines case handling, strengthens the standards of compliance, traceability and readability, and opens up a more coherent experience for IFAs (Independent Financial Advisers) and their clients.

A continuity of journey, from onboarding to the life of the contract

  • Onboarding and compliance by design: a complete pre-contractual journey, from the start of the relationship through to the mission report, including identity verification, the consideration of sustainability preferences, the automatic generation of regulatory documents, the engagement letter, the delivery of product documents and evidential electronic signature.
  • Initialisation of the 360 journey in Karbonalpha: guided construction, a consolidated regulatory file and structured transmission of the relevant information to allow the IFA to continue underwriting within UAF Life Patrimoine’s online journeys.
  • Continuation of underwriting within the UAF Life Patrimoine universe: the IFA enjoys a smooth journey between the two environments, with the reuse of available client-knowledge data and continuity in case handling.
  • Business continuity and contract monitoring: once the contract is underwritten, the data aggregated in Karbonalpha feeds suitability analysis over time, portfolio review and the monitoring of the contract’s life.
  • Post-underwriting aggregation: the Penelop standardised aggregation engine delivers clear analyses, fine granularity — particularly on ESG preferences — and intelligible reporting for firms and their clients.

An experience already unique on the market

This first version of the 360 journey already connects steps that, until now, were often handled in separate environments. It allows the IFA to start their journey in Karbonalpha, continue underwriting within the UAF Life Patrimoine universe, then ensure business continuity and contract monitoring over time from the data aggregated in Karbonalpha.

Compliance, sovereignty, resilience

The system is part of a DORA-ready trajectory, with a reliable audit trail, continuous controls and operational reporting. Karbonalpha’s 100% sovereign and proprietary architecture, hosted and operated in France, guarantees the integrity, confidentiality and traceability of wealth data throughout the client life cycle.

In their words

We are proud to take a new step in the digitalisation of wealth management. With Karbonalpha, we now offer IFAs an unprecedented 360° experience that allows them to start their journey in Karbonalpha, then continue their underwriting directly within the UAF Life Patrimoine universe. This continuity of journey brings greater coherence, efficiency and readability for firms and their clients, both before and after underwriting.

Anaid Chahinian, Chief Executive Officer of UAF Life Patrimoine

A successful digital transformation rests on the ability of two players to concretely align their technological advances. With UAF Life Patrimoine, we are bringing to market an already unique 360° experience: the IFA starts their journey in Karbonalpha, continues underwriting within the UAF Life Patrimoine universe, then benefits over time from business continuity and contract monitoring thanks to the data aggregated in Karbonalpha. This lays the foundations of a robust, compliant and intelligible operational continuum for wealth professionals.
